We work with ‘backward accounting’. Normally a house is built, and all costs are added, which results in the total sum. When many of the same houses are built that way, the prices will be the product of all these total sums.

With ‘backward accounting’ we build a large number of houses. In the end we divide the total costs by the number of houses. This will result in lower building costs. On top of that this will allow us to bargain because we buy in great numbers.
